A Message of Hope for Our Ministry Partners
3.18.2020

COVID-19 Relief

Dear Ministry Partner,

During these difficult days when so many are searching for real answers and hope, we want you to know that we are praying for you and your family. While the coronavirus outbreak is disrupting lives around the globe, we thankfully can remain confident in the Lord’s sovereignty! We also are so grateful for your faithful partnership.

And we want to share how your Mission Eurasia team continues to move forward with hope and confidence in the Lord’s calling on our lives.

In these times of turmoil and confusion, we are encouraged that the Great Commission is never cancelled, postponed, or disrupted. Praise the Lord that His work never stops! The gospel continues to be shared throughout Eurasia. Lives continue to be transformed by Christ. And the Next Generation leaders you helped us train and equip are now being mobilized to the front lines of ministry to serve as lighthouses of hope in Christ.

While we have had to cancel or reschedule some events in recent days, your Mission Eurasia team is working diligently to transfer training opportunities, webinars, and other approaches to ministry online in order to continue providing encouragement, hope, and resources for so many struggling to find answers.

And with the Lord’s help, we will relentlessly keep sharing that precious message with as many as we can until the Lord returns!

Christ’s commandment in Matthew 28: 19-20 (ESV) is clear: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Tomorrow at 11 a.m. CST, Mission Eurasia is holding an online international prayer meeting for our staff and ministry partners. Please join us in prayer as we pray:

  • For protection for our world leaders, medical personnel, ministry partners and supporters, and ministry leaders and their families as we all navigate this crisis.
  • That God would continue to be glorified through our ministry efforts and that the church would rise up even stronger in challenging times like this.
  • That God would provide the resources we need to sustain and even expand our existing ministry programs and that new opportunities for ministry would emerge as a result.

Please stay tuned in the days ahead for more updates and information from Mission Eurasia on how we continue to move forward together. If you have questions or would like to share personal prayer requests, please email us at: info@missioneurasia.org and let us know how we can serve you and pray for you and your family.

Prayerfully in Him,

Sergey Rakhuba, President
Wayne Shepherd, Chairman of the Board of Directors
